We will sit down with you one on one to assist you in determining fitness goals that are optimistic and challenging, yet realistically based on your individual body, time and training availability.

We then will set specific time lines for dates of completion for both short and long term goals.

Mount Fitness takes extreme pleasure in knowing that we offer/provide knowledge based training. So you don't just train, you also learn how to train as we diligently and patiently explain to you things such as what each exercise is for, what a good alternative exercise is, and when a specific exercise should be performed, all while instructing you on proper form, correct breathing, and sound lifting techniques.

We believe that fitness is for everyone of all ages and should be both fun and challenging.
