Initial Consultation and Evaluation - $60 (takes approximately 60-75 mins)
An initial one-on-one consultation and evaluation is required before any program/services can be rendered. The purpose of the I.C.E is to determine what your specific goals are and to assess your current level of fitness. This information will then be combined with the amount of time you will be committing to training each week to establish a goal completion date that will be optimistic and challenging, yet realistic for both short and long term goals.

Private House Call Session - $140
8 Week Personalized "To Go" Routine - $200** **includes 1 Private session Specifically designed for those with and without experience and looking for an efective and challenging way to change their routine in order to break through plateaus.
Personalized Meal Plan - $400
Youth Training (Age 8-15)
